Utah's Liquor Laws Constantly Evolve

Asking each generation of Utah Legislators to write or revise our liquor laws is like asking cats to write and rewrite laws for dogs. They seldom consider common sense. They are disingenuous in that they attempt to create the illusion that beer doesn't exist in Utah. They attempt to prohibit 'We, The People' from pursuing our rights to happiness and they tend to punish individuals and establishments who exercise these rights

Prohibition didn't work in the 20's. It ended in 1933. Utah was the 36th and final state to ratify the 21st amendment.

Perhaps the Utah State Legislature can take a cue from an old Roman:
